What We Do

Energy

Energy

As the energy sector transforms towards adopting more renewables, being more efficient and using a smarter and more distributed grid, we work with companies, investors, international lenders and governments on evaluating new opportunities, assessing risks and preparing the right market conditions for long-term growth.

Digitalization

Digitalization

Digital technologies are at the core of global transformations in every sector. They are accelerating the global energy transition, reshaping industrial processes and producing new insights and business models. We work with technology companies and researchers across the globe to think through the implications of this shift, to consider the impact of innovations, and assess opportunities and risks around them.

Mobility

Mobility

Mobility is another field undergoing major transformations, driven partially by the energy sector, partially by digitalisation, but also by new trends in urbanization. We work with automakers, technology companies and urban planners to assess the potential for new technologies, chart new market trajectories and prepare roadmaps for growth.

Buildings

Buildings

New building construction methods offer the opportunity to achieve urban development, reduce costs and improve resource efficiency. We work with global construction majors, universities, governments and new-housing startups on developing new business models, quantifying the market and preparing viable business cases.
